The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent and very attentive. The room was stylish and new-fashioned with windows facing the highway, I had a good rest. It met expectation. The venue location was favorable and comfy near EVERYTHING. I appreciated this hotel and would book here again.

Great customer service, staff were super friendly. Conveniently located near everything and there was a free shuttle ride anywhere within 3 miles.
Bad business, rude and unprofessional staff. Bed and sheets smelled funky, room heater not working properly.

Thank you very much guys for a very good stay on next in town visit. Every staff member is excellent and attentive and strives to meet your needs. Big bed, new-fashioned room that has a clean bathroom. The breakfast is satisfactory, has many choices. It is in favourable and convenient location to Patriot Stadium, set next to the hotel. So we also would like to go back there again, but we didn't have time.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Also, location was particularly good and comfortable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Bassett Place Mall. We appreciated rooms with windows facing the highway. Its personnel was extremely friendly and amiable, nothing too much trouble. We didn't want to leave and would want to stay there again.

The rooms here are cool and fashionable, plus they have a nice view of the highway. The fact that it's so close to the airport makes it super convenient. Oh, and there's a Café Corner Bakery just a mile down the road, which was a pleasant surprise! 🍰

The staff was excellent and friendly, available all the time. The hotel is in a good and comfy location right by shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and electrical outlets. We enjoyed some nice meals at Denny's, which was within walking distance from the hotel.
